Overview
Protean, whose real name is John Hegner, was one of the new hires to NCsoft's Paragon Studios after the publisher purchased the intellectual property in 2008. He worked with Sean Fish on lore, and also did a lot of mission content writing. The Issue 13 arcs for Mercedes Sheldon were largely his work. He joined the redname ranks on the Official Forums on June 2, 2010.
