- Praetor Sinclair would be happy to speak with you, provided that you go through me, of course.

Information
Prior to Introduction
I'm looking through Praetor Sinclair's appointment calendar, and I don't see your name in here anywhere, Character. I'm sorry, but neither I or Mr. Sinclair can see you at this time.
Initial Contact
I'm Tami Baker, and I take care of all of Mr. Sinclair's important scheduling needs. He's not just a busy man, but a very important one, too! Very important. I've been asked by Justin to act as a - um, I mean Mr. Sinclair. Um, what was I saying? Oh yeah! To act as a conduit, is what he said. I, um, totally help out Sinclair when he has, what're the words, other matters to attend to.
Just to let you know, I'm acting under full authority of the Praetor. Full authority. So don't treat me like some bimbo who doesn't know what I'm talking about, you got that?
I know all about you Character, all about you, this 'non-bimbo' is fully in with regards to what's going on here in the big Imperial City, totally fully in. So what's say you and I get started! We're totally going to make some news in this place.

Part One: Skeletons
So, um, you remember all that stuff with the Destroyers? They've been acting kinda weird lately. Like they've got a direction of a kind, definitely a direction. Usually they just smash random things up. but now they're just much more direct. Um, weird thing too is that after you took down Reese, we caught a bunch of the Destroyers making a line for one of the tech facilities here in Imperial. The place, it's like, one of those places that stores a lot of information, you know? Mr. G and Praetor Sinclair always tell me how the best kept secrets are in there.
So! Here's my proposal, Character! We can stop those Destroyers, and by we I mean you, and get to the bottom of who exactly is giving them this direction. I've got a feeling that this person is the Destroyers' true leader.
Taking them down would mean eliminating all the Destroyers
That's right! Can you imagine that? People would never forget you for that! Sure, taking down a few Destroyers is good, people like that. Sure, they like that. But being able to say 'I put an end to the Destroyers'? Wow! That would be something else entirely! Up there with Paretor Sinclair and even Emperor Cole! Why, you could do whatever you want at that point, whatever you want! I'm getting a little excited, but that's just because of this opportunity.
Here's the location of the lab. This is going to be big, Character, very big!
Mission Objective(s)
The Destroyers have made a complete mess of this place. You'll need to bring back some semblance of order before you can retrieve the files here
- Retrieve information from the Destroyer rampage
- Re-activate the emergency system
- Take down Big Bad Man
You find some interesting information about Praetor White and the Destroyers
Enemies
Notable NPCs
- Big Bad Man (Destroyers Big Dog)
You found a file that had a label 'CONFIDENTIAL' on it. You open it up and read through it...
Praetor Michael White and the DestroyersWe have records to believe that Praetor White is secretly funding a group of Destroyers within Nova Praetoria with Fixadine. An interesting note is that Praetor White was not the one to originally give them the Fixadine that drives them into a rage; he is simply using the drug to maintain a constant state of competition between the PPD and the Powers Division, believing that it will make all of Praetoria stronger.
We have strong reasons to believe that many of older Destroyers were actually part of Praetor White's old gang. These were the men that fought alongside him during the Hamidon Wars. Afterwards, they were cast aside by White, who joined Cole's guard.
This information is highly confidential and should not be released to the public.
Debriefing
What did you find, Character?
...
Wow! This is shocking! I never would've guessed that the Destroyers were part of Praetor White's old gang. This makes total sense! Well, um, sort of. One part seems weird. he's not giving them the Fixadine! Er, well, he is, but he didn't give it to them originally. What do you think that means? And does this whole thing mean that Praetor White is the one directing the Destroyers here in Imperial?
This is all getting really intense, Character! Here, take my cellphone number, you can contact me at any time with this, any time!
Part Two: Finishing what he started
Call or meet with Praetor White
So, um, I know this could be a bit rsiky to suggest this, but you might want to go bring this information to Praetor White. I kind of get the feeling that, um, well, he's not the one behind all this. You don't need to worry about him taking you out in the middle of the Magisterium, though. I, uh, talked with Praetor Sinclair about the situation. He's going to have some of his, well, agents, in the area. They're not especially powerful, but they're fast. If Praetor White tries to take a swing at you, they'll swoop in and get you out of there. How's that sounds?
Sounds like a plan. I'll see what White can tell me.
Super! I'll be rooting for you over here! It might even just be a lot safer to call Praetor White if you can, much safer. I'm all about just calling people up to discuss important matters with them.
Mission Objective(s)
- Call or meet with Praetor White
Character, huh? What do you want from me? I got plenty of stuff to get done today, and none of it is involvin' having tea and crumpets with you.
(Show Praetor White your information on him)
...so, this info is still hangin' around. What, you plan on makin' this public? You wanna make somethin' of this right here in the Magisterium?
I'm here to make a deal, White. Are you behind the movements in Imperial?
I ain't behind anything in Imperial. I got enough stuff goin' on here. You saw that document, I ain't the one who originally gave them the drugs. But how it is now is how it is. My boys wanted to be strong, and the only way they could keep bein' strong was by stayin' on that Fixadine.
I ain't gonna totally abandon them, but they gotta prove themselves to me, you understand? But I'm makin' this clear, I only got leashes on the Destroyers here in Nova. Whatever is going on in Imperial ain't my call. Now that you got me thinkin', though, I'm bettin' whoever first gave them the Fixadine is behind this stuff in Imperial.
Something is going to have to be done about this, White
Yeah, I'm aware of that. I'm gonna make ya a deal, Character. I ain't got the time right now to handle this myself, mainly 'cause if I did, folks would get suspicious. I'll give ya the location of the Fixadine lab that I got goin' on. If you go in there and blow it up, I'll make sure the right people know that you went and took out the main base of operations of the Destroyers here in Nova. I'm sure that'll give ya all the fame and whatever you wanna do with it. I'll keep it between you and me that I tipped you off, and you keep your mouth shut that I got any links to this. Last thing I need is more problems, I got enough of them puttin' up with Cole and that brat Duncan.
We've got ourselves a deal, White
Wipe out the Destroyer lab
Mission Objective(s)
You make your way through the winding underground tunnels in Imperial before ending up in the tunnels beneath Nova Praetoria. The air here is thick with Fixadine. Time to end that.
- Defeat Sergeant Mallar
- 3 Bombs to arm
The smell of burning Fixadine fills the air. That's the last the Destroyers will see of their main stash in Nova Praetoria.

Debriefing
Character. Is SO funny that you're here. TPN is running a report from Praetor White about you right now! Here' I've got it going on y phone, check it out!
Tami shows you the report that TPN is running. Pretor White is speaking with many reporters about the Destroyers menace. He mentions you specifically by name. A headshot photo of you is shown in the top right corner of the screen. Pretor White explains how you were investigating the Destroyers in NOva and eliminated their main base of operations. The reporters all burst into a murmur, making clarification that it's 'the Character of Imperial City', and not 'the Character from Old Orlando'. Praetor White specifies that it's you.
Endorsment deals with Praetor White, that's pretty great! But we still have our problems here with the Fixadine in Imperial City. I got a feeling though that something will break! If the Destroyers in Nova don't have any of their main stash left, I'm sure they'll be going to Imperial to find the main lab!
Part Three:Seeing What She Started
Those Destroyers, they're, uhm, so predictable, you know? Not like you, or me, or Praetor Sinclair. Mr. G gave me some prime information on the Destroyer movements, prime information. After you took out their main lab in Nova Praetoria, a bunch made a straight line for some of the old tunnels in Imperial City. Seems weird, don't you think?. Almost like they either knew it existed or someone told them to go there. I've got the location right here, Character. I think this lead right here is gonna get us the information we need: the identity of the true leader of the Destroyers!
I'll see what I can find down there
Great! perfect! You'll wanna blow up anything you find down there, of course, but most importantly, you need to get any information on the Destroyer leader. I bet it's going to be real juicy and not something boring, like, 'Oh, it was random person A who was the leader all along'. That would be very unfortunate.
Mission Objective(s)
The smell of Fixadine in these tunnels is almost ten times as strong as the one in Nova. You've definitely found the center of the Destroyers' Fixadine
- Destroy the main Fixadine lab in Imperial City
- Destroy the front lab
- Destroy the middle lab
- Take down the Destroyer Ring Leader
You've learned a surprising secret - Praetor Duncan was the one behind the Destroyers all this time!
Enemies
Notable NPCs
- Red Hound (Destroyers Big Dog)
- Teeth Breaker (Destroyers Big Dog)
You defeated Teeth Breaker and found a folder on him; an event which was odd, given that Destroyers don't normally carry folders. Looking through it, you find it lists dates of deliveries for Fixadine in various areas of Imperial City. It seems Teeth Breaker was the main dealer in the city. You keep reading and find a very interesting note...
TB-
I need you to make sure little Michael doesen't catch wind of your operations here in Imperial. If he does, why, I'll just have to remove your little stash myself. I know you enjoy trying to act like you're in control, but you're not. I run things here, and if you boys turn out to be more trouble than you 're worth, I'll just cut you loose and play with something else. Remember, I took you in when Michael threw you away, made you stronger with my little chemical. I made you who you are today. Don't you ever forget that. Ta ta!
<3 Duncan
You wonder just how much more incriminating this note could be of Praetor Duncan's involvement with the Destroyers.
Debriefing
Character, what did you find?
Ohmygodwhat?! Praetor Duncan is the leader of the Destroyers? She was the one who was directing them all this time in Imperial? This is, wow, uhm, this is some crazy stuff, Character, crazy stuff! We always knew that outside of her public persona she was pretty twisted, but this is something else! Do you realize how big you're going to become, Character, once you reveal this to the public? Oh, this is going to be huge! I can see the headlines now 'Character reveals Praetor Duncan's operations, Cole debates making Character a new Preator!'
We've gotta get on this and fast. Duncan is going to know that we know about her operations. There's no time to lose!
Part Four: Destroyer Stand Off
Defend TPN from the Destroyer Horde
Things are escalating very quickly, Character. It's all becoming very exciting, I have to tell you! So, I've aranged for a full report to be given to TPN about the Destroyers. But, um, so I think Duncan is well aware of what we would plan to do with this information. Well, to be specific, she's aware of what someone is going to do with this information. She isn't aware of who has it. Or, uhm, maybe she is. I don't know. But I'm betting that she isn't gonna be able to make a move directly on you, given you're basically in with Praetor White.
Point being is that from what Mr. G has told me, there is a horde of one hundred Destroyers making their way to TPN through the tunnels. They're looking to take down TPN before the news can get out about Praetor Duncan. But see, Character, this is PERFECT! I've got everything set up for you!
How is this perfect, exactly?
First off, here. You can use these.
Tami hands you a bag of... grenades?
Secondly, what's happening right now is that TPN is preparing to film you holding off the Destroyers horde. This is going to be HUGE, Character. This will go down in the history of Praetoria, no one will ever forget this! You'll need to get to the TPN campus right away and get yourself ready for a fight.
Members of the Resistance working undercover for Calvin Scott should inform him of what is happening.
Mission Objective(s)
It looks like there are some Destroyers already on the scene. You'll have to hurry to get things started
- Defend TPN from the Destroyer Horde
- Speak with John Houston
You've handled the Destroyers' last push to kill you and destroy TPN. Time to settle things with Praetor Duncan
Character! John Houston, TPN, let me just say, it's an honor to see you here, ready to fight the TPN horde! We've got our cameras ready to roll. Just say the word! I, of course, will be up in our building, watching and comenting as you wade through the horde!
Alright, start filming
Alright, I'll give the word!

John Houston will make a comment for every 20 Destroyers defeated:
20 Destroyers defeated: Look at Character go! Do the Destroyers have ANY hope? I don't think they do!
40 Destroyers defeated: I'm counting forty Destroyers down! This is amazing! The skill! The devotion that Character has!
60 Destroyers defeated: One has to wonder just HOW scared the Destroyers are of Character's sheer skill! I don't even think Character is trying!
80 Destroyers defeated: If I was part of the Resistance, I'd be terrified right now! This goes to show, the people of Praetoria are safe and sound!
100 Destroyers defeated: IT'S OVER! The last of the Destroyer Horde are GONE! The people of TPNand of Imperial City can rest easy! Stay tuned for our shocking report on Praetor Duncan!
Meet with Praetor Duncan
Mission Objective(s)
- Meet with Praetor Duncan
Well, well, big bad Character. The man responsible for crippling the Destroyers, for saving TPN and revealing my dirty little secret. I have to give you credit, Character. I thought you were going to be dumb enough to try to put Praetor White down instead of investigating further. Just goes to show that I understimated you.
Cole is still keeping you around, after all of this?
Praetor Duncan grins coyly
When I explained how things really went, everything was fine. You see, Character Praetor Keyes was kind enough to reveal the truth of the matter, that he was the one who was this whole mess with the Destroyers. I, of course, was just an innocent bystander. Keyes was so willing to help me out of this little jam, you should've seen him!
Of course, I didn't get off so easily, little Marcus told me I couldn't play with my Destroyers anymore, so there goes that whole bit of fun. And Praetor White told me not to lay a hand on you, or else he'd get involved. Isn't that just awful?
So you used Praetor Keyes to get yourself out of the situation
I did. Of course, you know the truth, don't you? That's why the people of Imperial love you now. But I know your type, Character. I know that you're not out to save the people here in Praetoria. I know that deep down inside, you look out for number one. It's why I can understand you. Hehe! We're both the same, you know, just looking to get ourselves some fun and power. Oh, tough words, Character, tough words! Maybe you're under the delusion that what you 're doing is all good, is that it? A little person who makes his own crimes to look good cleaning them up?
Let's just say this, Character. I'll be looking forward to the day that you try to put me down for good. Because on that day, I'll make sure you're killed, just like all other trash here, in Praetoria.
I wouldn't count on that, Duncan. Goodbye, for now
