The Mother of Mercy Psychiatric Hospital is a hospital in First Ward, where those who have dangerous and unstable psychic abilities can live without fear of harming others. Many of those who enter the hospital willingly sacrifice their remaining lives to help the citizens of Praetoria as Seers. The propaganda says they are nobly giving their lives to keep the populace safe. The reality is much different.
