How to Get

This badge can be earned in two ways:

• Read all of Rothstein's dialogue in the Praetorian tutorial.
• Read Prometheus's dialogue regarding the Well of the Furies, which is only available after completing an Incarnate Trial.

Location

• Rothstein is located in the instanced mission of the Praetorian tutorial arc. Down the ramp past the damaged Clockwork is a room full of Ghouls fighting Resistance. Rothstein is present in this room, but you must help clean out the Ghouls before he will talk to you.
• Prometheus can be found in Ouroboros.

Historical

This section contains information about changes that took place in Homecoming: City of Heroes/Villains. It is provided for historical purposes.

• This badge was made available to Primal Earth characters with the Incarnates Ascend update.
