Krazy Mark

Krazy Mark is an NPC with no apparent purpose who sits in the middle of the neighborhood called The Hard Way in St. Martial, at /loc -3968 , 19.8 , 1565.7 , selling all kinds of junk, from TVs to pirate cannons.
Though such neighborhood is infested with Wailers and there's not a single soul anywhere in it (excepting the Freakshow), Mark sits there happily like if nothing would be happening around him. Why the Wailers haven't slaughtered him yet is a complete mystery.
