How to Get
For Praetorians
- Read all of Rothstein's dialogue in the Praetorian tutorial.
For Heroes/Villains:
- Read Prometheus dialog
Location
Rothstein is located in the misson room down the ramp where the the ghouls are. You must help clean out the ghouls before Rothstein will talk to you.
