Logged into my character who's in the Hive and decided to play with the article a bit.  And I realized that I had no clue as to the difference between a Trial zone, and a Hazard zone, even after all this time I've been playing.

Anyway, from what I can tell from Vidiotmaps.com, the Trial zones are: [[The Hive]], [[Eden]], the [[Abandoned Sewer Network]], and [[The Storm Palace]].  Ah, [[Faultline]] is also listed.
