Definition
- Perma
- Abbreviation of Permanent, turned into a prefix
- Describes the ability to keep buffing click powers active, usually through Enhancements (SO or generic IO) and Invention Origin Enhancement set bonuses. Hasten and other -recharge buff powers can help make a power 'Perma'.
- 'Pure' Perma does not include outside buffs, such has Speed Boost and Accelerate Metabolism.
