Description
You have impressed Mary Macomber, leader of the Cabal, by defeating her ten times. Though some members of the Cabal may still fear you, others will work as your allies. As a reward, you can now use a witch hat as a costume piece.
How to Get
Defeat Mary Macomber 10 times during Katie Hannon's Task Force.
Each defeat will earn you an X Times the Victor Badge. Each badge replaces the previous one and does not count towards number of badges earned.

- Twice the Victor
- Thrice the Victor
- Four Times the Victor
- Five Times the Victor
- Six Times the Victor
- Seven Times the Victor
- Eight Times the Victor
- Nine Times the Victor
- Ten Times the Victor
