: Please take into account that Marcone Underbosses come in Lieutenant grade in St Martial. I don't know if those will count for the badge (my character had this badge much before he could go to St. Martial, so I never had the chance to look into this). Also, I think (I'm not sure about this, for the same reason) that Marcone Consiglieres count for this badge as well (those only come in Boss grade, and are considerably nasty).

No, sorry but I don't think it would be true =/
Please take into account that Marcone Underbosses come in Lieutenant grade in St Martial. I don't know if those will count for the badge (my character had this badge much before he could go to St. Martial, so I never had the chance to look into this). Also, I think (I'm not sure about this, for the same reason) that Marcone Consiglieres count for this badge as well (those only come in Boss grade, and are considerably nasty).
