I'm not really sure what the best method is of categorizing the various heroes that are encountered. I've only fought Blast Furnace and he was only a lieutenant at the time. I imagine that he would likely be a boss with a higher dificulty rating or more people. He might con as an elite boss. - Far as I know, they're bosses by default.
