:Reading it as it is with the dates updating the "flow" of the item to where it is today, it does ready like a Historical section. I have to agree with your take on it, Tao. Alternatively, you could do some heavy editing to remove the "history" feel of the article and simply move some specific comments regarding dates to a Historical section. Move lots to Historical?
As I see it, much of the material in Overview and Server Transfer Discounts should be moved to a Historical section? It reads almost definitively as what "Historical" is. It no longer applies to the current game (etc); but can then be found by those interested.
This focuses the main part on what players need to know now.
Mention should be made (perhaps?) that server discounts sometimes occur during weekly sales and so forth, and to keep an eye on the official announcements/news.
