:No, he's actually someone you can click on for dialogue, same as Fusionette, Faultline, and the contacts all standing around the outside of the room.  Just flavor text, really, nothing that drives the mission. (Need to add his dialogue from the mission, but been busy with Dark Watcher.) Bit of an odd duck.  That's why I wasn't sure where to categorize him.  Not sure if he shows up later on or not, but no sign of him up through Dark Watcher's third mission.  --[[User:Eabrace|Eabrace]] 17:27, 1 August 2007 (EDT)
