Purpose
Link directly to http://tomax.cohtitan.com/ 's IO page.
Example use on the Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance page:

(This IO is the sixth piece of the set, thus the "F". First = "A", second = "B", third = "C", etc.)
An optional linktext parameter can be specified.
