Bizarre
Yes, the computer's interaction dialog really does include the lines "Just as you are turning to leave you hear a vocal alarm raised by the Arachnos forces inside the ruins. Apparently they too felt the magic of the Scrying Glyphs dissipate and they are headed your way!" even though there's no Arachnos to be found, you're not in ruins, and there were no Scrying Glyphs that were dissipated.
