Overview
Prisoners that have escaped from Zigursky Correctional Facility. They can be found in the Dark Waters, Seven Gates, The Chasm and The Ziggurat neighbourhoods of Brickstown loitering, meeting with Crey employees and clashing with the Paragon Police Department. They have a level range of 30-38 and can be found in special spawns with an 'arch' superpowered boss prisoner.
