Super Charger is an NPC in the Atlas Plaza neighborhood of Atlas Park. He is not a contact. His coordinates are (-24.5, 16.1, -234.1) . He was added with Issue 21. The player cannot interact with Super Charger. Super Charger stands near a group of reporters.
Dialogue by Super Charger with reporters:
