Overview
Mender Valen is a Task Contact found in Ouroboros at coordinates (315, 672, -623.5).
She can currently only be talked to during a Flashback of Laura Lockhart's story arc Collateral Damage, after collecting the clue from the crate in the first mission. Following her directions is required for the Guardian of Forever badge.
You used the Pillar of Ice and Flame to cheat death and recruit a new member for Ouroboros.
