Overview
Technological Component, Tier 3 (Expert)
All the hardware in the world is useless without good code.
Tech Software is one of two Tier III technology base component salvage items.
Recipes
The following combinations of Base Salvage items can be used to make the Tech Software component. These recipes can be performed at an Expert Worktable or any Tech Empowerment Station.
