You crept a bit too close to the danger zone and got burned.
How to Get
Attempt (and fail) to pass through the sonic barrier surrounding Praetoria. This badge is granted by the Terminal Teleport power, an effect encountered near Sonic Fence Pylons beyond the Slow Field and Terminal Field effects.
While any zone boundary of Praetoria could feasibly grant this badge, it requires surviving the Terminal Field which appears to vary in depth in some locations.
