Description
This costume will let you dress up as Riptide of the IDF at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
Halloween
This costume is not available during Halloween Events.

This power was planned to be made available at an event or meet and greet in 2012, but was not by the time of the game's sunset.
