Description
When thrown, these three creeper seeds will immediately grow into one of the Devouring Earth's deadly plant creatures under your total control. Pets summoned with this power cannot be resurrected.
How to Get
To obtain this temporary power, accept one of the following missions from Vernon von Grun:
- Help Vernon von Grun implement his mad plan to destroy Paragon City
- Place Vernon's growth bombs in Eden
- Get Vernon's schemes back on track
- Help Vernon undo the terrors he has wrought, after talking to Arbiter Daos
