If Might of the Tanker is slotted in a toggle power such as Burning Aura for example (which is a PBAoE, Minor DoT[Fire]), my testing shows that a fairly consistent +10% buff to Resistance can be maintained for about 95% of the time, and a +5% buff for 100% of the time. 3 stacks of the buff do occur, but the +15% buff typically lasts for only a second or two before it goes back down to +10%. Keep in mind this is only possible if the slotted power hits multiple enemies at the same time. As soon as the power stops hitting enemies, the buff goes away.

The same numbers can be achieved by using a click AoE power, it's just a bit more effort.

The Res (All) proc for Might of the Tanker gives +5% Res (All) for 10.25 secs per proc, and can stack up to 3 times. It can proc 5 times per minute. On average that's once every 12 seconds. The enhancement will proc only if the power in which it is slotted hits an enemy.
