First seem during [[Issue 9]] closed testing, Watcher is a tanker who both possesses all tanker sets, and is a villain. Later on during issue 9 open testing, he swapped over to being a heroic tank and has been seen fishing occasionally in steel canyon with [[BackAlleyBrawler]]. Watcher also was the first Developer to make an appearance at the [[Third Anniversary Event]].
