Description
Your arcane studies with the Midnighters and time spent working in the Hospitals of Paragon City has earned you the Alchemist Accolade. While logged out within the Midnighter's Club or inside a Hospital you will earn charges for your Vitalize power.

Your knowledge of both medicine and magic has taught you how to heal your allies. Use this power on an ally to recover a portion of their health. Additional charges of Vitalize can be gained by logging out in a Hospital or the Midnighter's Club. Recharge: Long.
For every X hours logged out, a character gains 1 charge, up to a maximum of 20 charges.
