It's impossible. You can't do good and benefit. You can't be both altruistic and selfish. It doesn't work that way. So, I just don't bother being altruistic. Anyhow, how about untying these bonds and I'll give you the lowdown of what's going on here.

A Familiar Face

Alignment Mission

You hear a loud crash off in the distance.

You notice some Nemesis soldiers run off when they see you. They leave behind a long wooden crate that was broken open when it was dropped. As you approach something rolls out of the remains of the crate and stops at your feet. You reach down to examine the object only to have the grim realization that it's a human head. Or at least a very impressive mechanical duplicate of one. Turning the automaton head over in your hands you notice that this was intended to be a duplicate of the ex-villain Stardusk. You search the crate for additional clues and discover a note with instructions to bring this crate to a nearby sewer entrance as the Stardusk automaton needs to be synched up with the real Desdemona who is being held dostage at the very same location.

While you were really hoping you weren't going to have to resort to 'dashing heroics' today, it appears that you really don't have much choice. If Nemesis is able to replace Paragon's refugees from the Rogue Isles, he could command them to do some pretty awful things.

HERO: Stop Nemesis Plot!

If Nemesis programs these Rogue Isles refugees to perform acts of evil, it will give your kind a bad name. Afterall, you and Stardusk are just trying to look after yourselves. Plus, there might be some valuable technology store within the...sewers. Okay, maybe not, but you can't let Nemesis get away with this. Plus, it never hurts to make friends amongst the heroes of Paragon.

  • Stop Nemesis Plot!

You follow the directions on the note you found in the crate and easily locate the sewer entrance and coordinates. This has to be stopped before it gets out of hand.

Unnecessary Solicitation

It's only a matter of time before these automatons are calibrated and hit the streets. You better hit the sewers fast!

Mission Objective(s)

Just when you were thinking 'It's quiet...too quiet...' A loud crash of splintering wood is heard off in the distance. These Nemesis soldiers really have butter fingers don't they?

    • Examine the first crate
    • Examine the second crate
    • Examine the third crate
