How to Get
Defeat Tyrant in the Free Statesman mission from Maria Jenkins's A Hero's Hero Flashback arc.
To get this badge in Ouroboros, a hero can select the "A Hero's Hero" entry with number 1.15 at level 50.

This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.
- Praetoria's Bane on villains and rogues
- Statesman's Pal on heroes and vigilantes
