Detective Selnum is a hero contact in the Mera Heights neighborhood of Peregrine Island Detective Selnum is a Police Band contact. He is located inside the Paragon Police Department building.

Detective Selnum left a career with the Navy after the war and came to Peregrine Island. Though he originally started off as a private investigator, he later joined the PPD.
