Dr. Brian Webb was one of the world's most brilliant scientists before his demise at the hands of Reichsman in the Axis America dimension. Dr. Webb's accomplishments include research of the drug Superadine which led him to unlocking dimensional travel in 1988. He was the Freedom Phalanx's top researcher before leaving them to start his own organization, the Portal Corporation.
