An artifact within the Ouroboros citadel which allows heroes and villains to flashback to old story arcs by means of the Flashback system. Interaction with the artifact takes place at any of the Aspect of the Pillar crystals that surround the Pillar of Ice and Flame. Once you've selected an arc via one of the Aspects of the Pillar and reached level 15 or higher, the Pillar of Ice and Flame will teleport you to the contact.
