Overview
In Paragon City, the Clockwork are a force to be reckoned with. In dimension Epsilon Tau 27-2, they're a far, far greater threat. Their blasts of Psychic energy can make seasoned fighters quail before them.
You will find the Psychic Clockwork at least four missions, two from Tina Macintyre between levels 40 and 45, and the others from Unai Kemen after level 45, as well as during The Lady Grey Task Force.

Gears emerge from the remnants of destroyed Clockwork Princes. Though tiny, they can still pack quite a punch.

Clockwork Gears are formed from the broken parts of Prince Clockworks. They are weak and very loosely held together. They have no resistance and are pretty much vulnerable to most damage except Lethal. They are particularly vulnerable to Psionic damage, Sleep and Knockback.

These pint-sized Clockwork are a lot tougher than their counterparts in Paragon City. Powered by the incredible mind of the telekinetic Clockwork King, the Sprockets can deal out massive bolts of psychic energy.

The airborne Clockwork Oscillators are a deadly threat to flying and grounded heroes alike. Like the Sprockets, these high-flying mechanical men attack using bolts of psychic energy. They are highly resistant to any psychic attacks.

Cannon Rook
The Clockwork Rooks take advantage of the Clockwork's vast numbers to utilize a Sprocket as a pawn, companion, as well as their weapon of choice. When engaged, the Champion will grab their Sprocket pawn, and channel an energy current through its body to create a super-charged mace for dealing with any opponents who interrupt their work. The ability to psionically insert themselves into their target's focus combined with the clock-face shield they defend themselves with, these champions are one of the Clockwork King's favored approaches to dealing with super-powered threats that get in his way.

You attempt to Push Back against your opponent by striking them with all your might. This attack will deal great damage and can knock foes back a great ways. The power of this attack can actually extend a short distance through multiple foes.

You cause a bolt of psionic energy to strike your foe, dealing heavy damage. These bolts also have a chance to drain the enemy's endurance.

The Clockwork Champion's mastery of the clock face shield allows them to easily deflect attacks, and attacks that do get through your rustclad defenses tend to do less damage. While the Clock is ticking the user will gain defense to most kinds of attacks and some minor resistance to smashing and lethal damage. It can even help them determine what time it is currently, at least twice a day!
