To earn the Strikebreaker badge, villains must complete the mission to Bust the Dockworkers Strike assigned by Lorenz Ansaldo. (Levels 20-24)

To get this badge in Ouroboros, a villain can select the "Bust Up the Dockworker's Strike" entry with number 6.30 in the 20-24 level range.
