Overview
The Cabal is one of the factions native to Croatoa. This all-female group of sorceresses never seems to leave the area and has been fighting the evil Red Caps for a long time. In City of Heroes, The Cabal range between levels 25 and 35 and only in Croatoa. Although found all over Croatoa, The Cabal seem to be based in Sunset Ridge. In City of Villains this group cannot be found.

The true nature of the sprites is a matter of some controversy among paranormal experts. Many believe that they are the byproduct of the Cabal's magic. They seem to be intelligent, and will aid any person they perceive as worthy of their assistance.

You blast your foe with a tremendous Shout, damaging him and reducing his Damage Resistance.
Dreadful Wail Point Blank Area of Effect, Extreme Damage(Energy/Smash), Foe Disorient, -Resist(All), Self -Recovery, -Endurance
Your Dreadful Wail is so strong that most foes will be defeated by being subjected to it. Dreadful Wail deals massive damage to all nearby foes, although the damage does vary. Activating this power leaves you drained of Endurance, and unable to recover Endurance for a while.

Ethereal Self Invisible, Invulnerable
The Bane Sidhe can make themselves Ethereal and shift out of the material plane. Ethereal Bane Sidhe are invisible, and cannot affect or be affected by those in normal space.

Frees an ally from any Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Fear, Confuse and Immobilize effects and leaves them resistant to such effects for a good while. Also, grants target clearer Perception to see hidden foes. Protection will improve with Multiple applications and as you advance in level.
Adrenaline Boost Ranged, Ally +Recovery, +Regeneration, +Recharge, Resist(Slow)
Dramatically increases an ally's Endurance Recovery, Hit Point Regeneration and attack rate for 90 seconds. Also grants the target high resistance to slow effects.
Astral Form Auto, Self Stealth, Def( M50 R50 )
You blend into your environment and can only be seen at very close range. If you attack while using this power, you will be discovered. Even if discovered, you are hard to see and have a bonus to Defense. While Invisible, your movement is Slowed. Very low Endurance cost.
