Description
- Heroes
Your efforts against the extra-dimensional invaders have been recognized, and you have received the Rikti Resistance Medal. You have found and kept a Rikti Power amplifier.
- Villains
Vanguard still values your efforts against the extra-dimensional invaders, but they no longer trust you as much as before. Without you even knowing it, they have silently confiscated your Rikti power amplifier. Vanguard ops are good.
Accolade Power
Upon acquiring this badge, a hero will earn the Vanguard Medal power.
Self +Special
When activated, your Vanguard Medal will double the duration of all your Disorient, Hold, Immobilize, Fear, Confuse and Sleep powers. Knockback distance is also increased. The effect of this boost will last for 1 minute. You can only activate the Vanguard Medal once every 10 minutes.

How to Get
Note: You must be level 35 before this Accolade will unlock, however you can earn credit towards this badge before then.
This badge is only awarded to characters of the hero or vigilante alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by villains or rogues, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
Credit toward this badge may be earned using either of two methods.
