Dampened Spirits is a To Hit Debuff enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 21-50 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Dampened Spirits: To Hit Debuff,
- Dampened Spirits: To Hit Debuff/Recharge,
- Dampened Spirits: To Hit Debuff/Recharge/Endurance,
- Dampened Spirits: Recharge/Endurance,
- Dampened Spirits: To Hit Debuff/Endurance, and
- Dampened Spirits: Recharge.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the symbol and are limited to one per build.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements improves the Damage of all your powers by 2%.
- Three enhancements increases maximum Endurance by 1.8%.
- Four enhancements increases Energy and Negative Energy Resistance by 3%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 5%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 5%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 5%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 5%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 5%.
- Four enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 5%.
- Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 5%.
- Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 3.75%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 6.25%.
