How to Get
To obtain the Mask Maker badge, you must complete the mission to Steal samples of the Facemaker's chemicals, assigned by Dr. Shelly Percey.
To get this badge in Ouroboros, a villain can select the "Steal Facemaker's Reanimation Chemicals" entry with number 6.19 in the 10-14 level range.
