Description

Again, your Terra Volta experience has altered your powers in ways no one could imagine.

How to Get

The Statesman Star is earned by completing the second Terra Volta Respecification Trial (from Captain James Harlan) and selecting the respec reward. You must be level 34 or higher to earn this badge.

Notes

This badge is only awarded to characters of the hero or vigilante alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by villains or rogues, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.

This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.

  • Denied the Statesman Star on villains and rogues
  • Earned the Statesman Star on heroes and vigilantes
