Description
This costume will let you dress up as one of the Ghouls at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

Halloween
This costume is not available during Halloween Events.

Game codes for this costume power were given out at the NCsoft booth at San Diego Comic-Con 2010 from July 22-25, 2010. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account
