Description
There is an urban legend floating around Praetoria that one day you will return, and on that day Praetoria will change forever. You're kind of flattered.
How to Get
Earn 250,000,000 Information by defeating foes and completing missions. Market sales or trades between characters do not count toward this badge. This amount does not need to be in your inventory; your character's total earned information is stored server-side.
This feature originally required Going Rogue.
