Overview
The Paragon Protectors are a hero organization, backed by Crey. Their distinctive blue and yellow uniforms, similar to that of Crey's own Crey Protectors, they are said to have a 24-hour watch over the city to protect it from evil. However, also like the Crey Protectors, these helmeted heroes have never removed their masks in public, keeping themselves anonymous from the people they serve. Additionally, there are rumors from the deepest corners that this heroic group may not be entirely what they seem to be.

Frozen Fists encrusts your hands in ice, giving them the ability to quickly inflict minor damage on villains. The foe's attack and movement speed is Slowed, due to the chills caused by the cold blows.
Ice Sword Melee, Moderate DMG(Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
You create a blade of solid ice that deals good damage. Being hit by this Ice Sword will Slow a target's movement and attack speed, due to the intense chill.
Frost Close (Cone), Moderate DoT(Cold), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
You create a short cone of Frost in front of you that can deal some damage and Slow a foe's speed, due to their uncontrollable shivering.
Freezing Touch Melee, High DoT(Cold), Foe Hold
This Freezing Touch will encase a single foe in a block of ice. This will deal high damage over time, as well as freezing him in his tracks, leaving him cold and helpless.
Ice Bolt Ranged, Moderate DMG(Cold/Smash), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Ice Bolt quickly pelts an enemy with small icy daggers; their chill Slows a foe's attacks and movement for a time. Fast, but little damage.
Freeze Ray Ranged, Minor DMG(Cold), Foe Hold
Although this power deals very little damage, the Freeze Ray encases your foe in a block of ice, holding them helpless in place for a while.
Infrigidate Ranged, Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -Defense, -DMG(Fire)
Fires a frigid beam of cold at a single target. This beam dramatically reduces the targets attack rate, movement speed and Defense. Infrigidate draws so much heat out of the target that the damage of any of its Fire attacks will be reduced.
Sleet Ranged (Targeted AoE), Minor DoT(Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -Defense, -Resist, Knockdown
Summons a Sleet Storm at a targeted location. Sleet deals minimal Cold damage to anything that passes through the storm. It also Slows the affected foes and severely reduces their Defense and resistance to damage. Many foes may even slip and fall trying to escape the storm.

Activating this power draws moisture directly from the bodies of all nearby foes, draining their Endurance. Each foe you draw moisture from adds to your own Endurance as well as Defense to all attacks except psionics. The first foe you absorb grants the highest Defense bonus, and you can absorb up to 10 foes. In addition to Defense, Energy Absorption also grants you resistance to Slow effects. If there are no foes within range, this power will fail.
Icicles Toggle, PBAoE, Minor DoT(Lethal)
While active, you form sharp icicles on your body that continuously cut all foes that attempt to enter melee range.
Chilling Embrace Toggle, PBAoE, Foe -Recharge, -Speed, -DMG
While active, you dramatically lower the temperature around yourself, Slowing the attack rate of all nearby foes, as well as their movement speed and damage.

When you activate this power, you cover yourself in a thick coating of slick, melting ice. This makes you slippery, leaving you nearly immune to Disorient, Immobilization, Hold, Sleep, Slow and Knockback effects. This power also adds a slight increases your defense to all attacks except Psionics. Wet Ice also reduces Cold damage and grants you resistance to Defense DeBuffs.

A quick swipe with your blades. Does minor lethal damage, but has a quick recharge rate. This attack begins both the Empower and Weaken combination attacks.
Power Slice Melee, Moderate DMG(Lethal)
You perform a deadly Strike with your blades. This is a basic attack that deals a moderate amount of lethal damage. This power is needed for the Sweep combination attack.
Ablating Strike Melee, Heavy DMG(Lethal), Foe -DEF
You Slash at your foe with your blades, dealing a good amount of lethal damage. This attack can reduce a target's Defense, making him easier to hit. This power is needed for the Empower and Weaken combination attacks, and is the beginning of the Attack Vitals combination attack.
Sweeping Strike Melee (Cone), High DMG(Lethal)
You make a sweeping strike with your blades, hitting all foes in a cone in front of you and dealing superior lethal damage to each. This power is the finishing move for the Attack Vitals combination attack.
Sonic Thrust Melee, Light DMG(Energy/Smash), Foe Knockback/Repel
A focused attack of intense sonic power that violently sends a nearby foe flying. Deals minimal damage, but can be very effective.
Sound Cannon Ranged (Cone), Foe Disorient, Knockdown
You generate a powerful sonic wave that will knock back and disorient foes in front of you for a short time.
Shockwave Ranged (Cone), Light DMG(Energy/Smash), Foe Knockback
You can call forth a tremendous Shockwave that can knock down foes and deal some Smashing damage in a wide cone area.
Dreadful Wail PBAoE, Extreme DMG(Energy/Smash), Foe Disorient, -Resist(All), Self -Recovery
Your Dreadful Wail is so strong that most foes will be defeated by being subjected to it. Dreadful Wail deals massive damage to all nearby foes, although the damage does vary. Activating this power leaves you drained of Endurance, and unable to recover Endurance for a while.
TooDarnFast Auto: Self +SPD
Sprint allows you to travel, or run away, slightly faster than normal, while slightly draining your Endurance. Sprint's movement buff stacks with other travel powers.

You execute a savage slash at your foe's lower body causing moderate lethal damage and minor damage over time. The foe will also have their movement speed reduced moderately. Maiming Slash grants 1 stack of Blood Frenzy.
Vicious Slash Melee, High DMG(Lethal), DoT(Lethal), Foe Knockdown, Self +Blood Frenzy
You tear at your foe with both hands dealing high lethal damage and causing minor lethal damage over time. Foes struck by this attack have a high chance to be knocked down.
Rending Flurry PBAoE Melee, Moderate DMG(Lethal), DoT(Lethal)
You wildly slash at nearby foes to deal moderate lethal damage and cause minor lethal damage over time. This power consumes all Blood Frenzy and will deal additional damage per stack of Blood Frenzy consumed. If you have 5 stacks of Blood Frenzy while activating this power, its radius is greatly increased, but causes you to become Exhausted for a short time. While exhausted you cannot gain Blood Frenzy.
Healing Aura PBAoE, Team Heal
Healing Aura restores some Hit Points to you and all nearby heroes. Healing Aura is not as potent as Heal Other, but can heal multiple targets at once.
Recovery Aura PBAoE, Team +Recovery, +Regen
The Recovery Aura dramatically increases the Endurance recovery rate of all nearby heroes for a limited time. Emitting this Aura costs you a lot of Endurance, and it takes a long time to recharge.
Energize Self Endurance Discount, Heal, +Regen, +Res(Disorient)
You can channel a tremendous amount of energy through your body for a short period of time. Doing so will heal some hit points, reduce the endurance cost of your powers, boost your regeneration dramatically, and make you resistant to Stuns for a short time.

Your training has allowed you to become a Practiced Brawler, tuning you into a perfect fighting machine. You gain a resistance to Knockback, Disorient, Hold, Sleep, and Immobilization powers for a short duration.

You can improve your reflexes, making yourself so quick you can Elude almost any attack, be it ranged, melee, or area effect. Your running speed, jumping height, and Endurance Recovery are also increased. Elude also grants you high resistance to Defense DeBuffs. When Elude wears off, you are left drained of all Endurance and unable to Recover Endurance for a while.

Flares Ranged, Moderate DMG(Fire)
A quick attack that throws Flares at the target. Little damage, but very fast.
Fire Blast Ranged, Moderate DMG(Fire), DoT(Fire)
Sends a Blast of Fire at a targeted foe and sets the target on fire for a short period of time. Slower recharge rate than Flares, but more damage.
Fire Breath Ranged (Cone), High DoT(Fire)
You can breathe forth a torrent of fire that burns all foes within its narrow cone. Very accurate and very deadly at medium range.
Flashfire Ranged (Targeted AoE), Minor DoT(Fire), Foe Disorient
You can bring forth a Flashfire to Disorient a group of foes and deal some damage over time. Target must be on the ground to activate Flashfire.
Fire Sword Melee, Heavy DMG(Fire/Lethal), DoT(Fire)
Through concentration, you can create a Sword of Fire that sets foes ablaze. Successful attacks from the Fire Sword will ignite your target, dealing damage over time.
Burn PBAoE (Location AoE), Light DoT(Fire), Self Prot( Im 10.38 )
You can ignite the ground beneath you, freeing yourself from Immobilization effects. Foes that enter the flames you leave behind will take damage. You must be near the ground to activate this power.
Consume PBAoE, Minor DMG(Fire), Self +End
You can drain body heat from all nearby foes in order to replenish your own Endurance. The more foes affected, the more Endurance is gained. Foes suffer minimal Fire damage.
Fiery Embrace Self +DMG
Significantly boosts the damage of all your Fire attacks for quite a while. Also increases the damage of all your other non-fire based attacks for a short while.
Cauterize Ranged, Ally Heal
Heals a single targeted ally by cauterizing their wounds. You cannot use this power to heal yourself.
Slag Armor Ranged, Foe -Resist(All), -DEF
The searing Heat from this power is enough to Melt the Armor and defenses of all targets in the affected area. Melt Armor significantly weakens the Defense and Damage Resistance of the affected targets.
Hot Feet Toggle: PBAoE, Minor DoT(Fire), Foe -SPD, -Fly
While active, you heat the earth in a large area around yourself. Enemy movement is Slowed as they attempt to flee the immediate area. All foes in the affected area may also suffer some damage over time. You cannot fly and must be near the ground to use this power.
Quantum Paragon Protector
The Paragon Protectors keep their names and faces a secret. That way, their good deeds all get credited to Crey, while their less virtuous activities can be plausibly denied in court. The Quill Pattern heroes use a variety of deadly ranged and melee attacks to fill their enemies with holes.
