- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented Alignment powers and badges from being granted properly after the 7 day wait.

PRAETORIA
- Precinct 5 tutorial: Removed the self-rez power from the Target Dummy Clockworks. They will now respawn when destroyed. They were taking a step each time they self-repaired, eventually wandering far from where they were supposed to be.
- Precinct 5 tutorial: Fixed a bug that would sometimes grant Kalinda as a contact to new Praetorians.
- Precinct 5 tutorial: If you somehow manage to die in the tutorial and select ‘go to hospital’, you will resurrect next to Officer Flint.
