Overview
The Rikti Portal Generators can be found at the first mission of the Lady Grey Task Force, in the final room, the same where Penelope Yin can be found.
During my mission, the two of them I could see had less Hit Points than a Lieutenant of the same level and apparently, no powers.

This machine is connected to the portal. Perhaps destroying it would cause the portal to close?
