The Abandoned Labs, added in Issue 13, are located in Port Oakes and St. Martial instead of a full University campus. Villains can take Invention Salvage and Recipes to the Labs to craft items using Invention Worktables.

The Abandoned Labs, unlike the full University campus in Cap Au Diable, do not offer a tutorial or Midnighter Club access.
