If the contact has never been spoken to, he or she will begin with their Initial Dialogue window before showing the briefing for the first mission of their arc; otherwise, they will begin with the briefing for the first mission of their arc.

Overview

The Signature Story Arc Contact (SSA Contact) was a pseudo-contact in the Contact Window that allowed a players access to Signature Story Arc contacts. These contacts can now just be approached normally.
