Description
Lawrence Langston made his money investing in the things he personally was interested in. His penchant for chocolate helped him to strike gold with Gold Brick candy bars.
Location
This badge is currently mislocated due to a well-known and reported bug. It is actually located in a spot that is completely inaccessible except by exploiting a second well-known and reported bug in the map by a player with the hover or the fly power.
The badge marker is inside the Gold Brick warehouse, and there is no way to go inside that warehouse by normal means. However, the map design contains a "hole," or a spot where a player may maneuver into a seam between surfaces to access the space underneath the normal terrain, in the Mount Diable neighborhood of the city zone.
The seam in the map is marked on the Cap Au Diable map in the northeast corner of the map with the icon. There is a hole in the map at approximately (-2,850, 190, -2,200) that is clearly visible when facing west. The Circle of Thorns in the area are level 17 to 20.
Once underneath the map, a player will need to walk south-southwest until he or she comes to the edge of the defined terrain. If a player continues off the terrain without flying, he or she will simply fall and reappear on top of the map at at one of several predefined locations close to the arbiter or a ferry. However, if a player has the hover or fly power, he or she may move relatively freely underneath the map to the Sweet Tooth badge location. Occasionally, a player may run into an invisible obstacle that he or she can fly under. Such obstacles are easily visible if a player positions the camera on the other side of the invisible obstacle so that it is facing back towards the player.
If a supergroup is attempting to collect the Cap au Diable Beacon supergroup exploration badge, any player on the team may retrieve this badge while in Supergroup Mode. The Cap au Diable Beacon badge will remain with the supergroup even if the retrieving player quits the group.
Note that teleportation is disabled under the defined map area. A player will not be able to teleport himself or herself using the Teleport power or other players using the Recall Friend power. The only currently known way to access the Sweet Tooth badge is by using a player's own Fly or Hover power, or in theory, the Group Fly power.
The Sweet Tooth badge's coordinates are (-347, 0, -2,050).
