Should this be listed as a CITY zone or a HAZARD zone? I know originally it had a minimum level requirement (a characteristic of hazard zones) but they got rid of it. But if you ask me, just because a zone doesn't have a minimum entry level doesn't mean it's a "city zone." The place is more overrun than Perez Park! --GreyDog 16:03, 1 June 2007 (EDT)
