:Actually, redraw of your sword or no redraw of your sword should have no bearing on your attack animation times. If you don't have to redraw your weapon, there's a slight pause before the attack equal in length to the animation of redrawing the weapon. The Numbers
I'm just trying to collect some of the numbers for Weave and Tough. Now, pulled from SherkSilver's hero/villain builder
