Global is just the text field that appears at the top of the character list. Usually this would be your global handle.
Example: Global=@Digitizer Template:Table Start |- |Template:Table Cell Template:Table Header |}
What Next:
After you have added a Character List Header you need to then add Character_Row Character Rows
