How to Get
Have an account active for sixty or more months.
Rewards
Earning the City Traveler badge rewards all characters on the account with 1 Free Character Slot Per account, 5 Merit Rewards, and unlocks full access to the four travel pools (Flight, Speed, Teleportation, and Leaping) at level six, allowing the first three powers in each of those sets to be taken without a prerequisite.
