How to Get
To earn the Slag Reaper Badge, you must complete the Retrieve the shipment for Crash mission from Vince Dubrowski.
As a Flashback mission, you must complete "Retrieve Crash's Shipment" in the Insider (Level 20-24) section.
Gladiator Badge Unlocked
When you earn this badge, you will unlock the Slag Pile Gladiator badge.
